Gina + Bill

Merry Christmas everyone!  What an amazing year it has been as I finally shipped out my last wedding of 2017!  2017 has been an incredible year and will go down as one of my favorites simple because it was the year I too finally walked down the aisle.  It’s always strange to be on the other side but what an amazing blessing it is and married life is awesome!  Talking about weddings I’m so thrilled to finally be able to post Gina & Bill’s amazing wedding at the Historical Society in downtown Milwaukee!  I absolutely loved photographing these two and this day was absolutely perfect!  It’s so great to hear their story and watch them grow into a married couple!  Gina and Bill both met in high school and that carried onto UW-Whitewater.  They were always friends but finally one summer they decided to give it a shot.  Best move ever!  Soon after Bill proposed to Gina on a long hike in the mountains with in the Upper Peninsula after a fun and sweet weekend getaway!  She said yes obviously and so here we are!  What an absolute blast and so amazing to a tiny part of all of this by capturing their beautiful day!  Oh also did I mention they was bagpipes!  Awesome surprise!  But the tear jerker of the night goes to the best man Doug, a marine who’s stationed overseas and couldn’t attend the wedding but still made an appearance through a motivational and encouraging video!
