Lake Park – Milwaukee, WI

Located on Milwaukee’s Eastside that includes a 140 acre park.  It also contains the North Point Lighthouse, which was built in 1855.

 Historic Third Ward – Milwaukee, WI

44 acres.  The Historic Third Ward is one of the city’s creative hubs, home to art galleries and studios in former warehouses, and performing arts venues like the Broadway Theater Center. Restaurants are upscale and trendy, and patio dining is popular. Indie boutiques sell fashion and homeware, while the indoor Milwaukee Public Market has produce, cheese and fish vendors.  Has a great riverwalk and view for access to waterfront shots.

Glacier Hills County Park

located on what geologists term an interlobate moraine. Between ten and twenty thousand years ago, the Green Bay and Lake Michigan Glacier Lobes butted against each other. When they receded, approximately 10,000 years ago, they left the interesting and unique landform we call the Kettle Moraine.

Retzer Nature Center – Waukesha, WI

450 acres, featuring nature trails, prairies & wildlife viewing, plus a learning center & planetarium.

Lapham Peak – Delafield, WI

1000 acres, Lapham Peak is a Wisconsin state park located in the Kettle Moraine State Forest. It is just south of Delafield and seven miles west of Waukesha. The park entrance is two miles north of the Glacial Drumlin State Trail.

Bradford Beach – Milwaukee, WI

One of the top urban beaches in the nation, Bradford Beach is the hottest place to be on a summer day. It’s clean, full of activity, great views, and plenty of space to spread out, sunbathe, and swim.

Atwater Beach- Shorewood, WI

This 5-acre open space features a sandy beach, public art, a playground & scenic lake views.

Grant Park – South Milwaukee, WI

380 acre park along the shore of Lake Michigan, this park in South Milwaukee boasts sanded beaches, miles of wooded trails, sport courts, and a golf course.  Includes a beautiful pond.

Lakeshore State Park – Downtown Milwaukee, WI

Lakeshore State Park is a 22-acre Wisconsin state park located on the shores of Lake Michigan in the city of Milwaukee. The park offers fishing, and jogging paths wind throughout the park.

Kadish Park – Milwaukee, WI

Located just north of downtown with a scenic view of Milwaukee’s skyline.

Kohler Andrae State Park

988 acres of land nestled in in Sheboygan. The parks contain over two miles of beaches and sand dunes along the shore of Lake Michigan, with woods and wetlands away from the water. The Black River flows through the parks.

Lincoln Park – Chicago, IL

A quick train or car ride away, Lincoln park includes 1200 acres and is Chicago’s largest park, it is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Chicago.
